– Putin said that “Kyiv is evading its obligations, primarily on the political aspects of the settlement of the intra-Ukrainian conflict.”

– The Russian President once again declared our desire to receive legal security guarantees from the West. Putin drew attention to the fact that the main principle of the OSCE is now being violated: the indivisibility of security. This is when the security of one country is not increased at the expense of the security of another.
– The Russian President confirmed that we will continue to supply gas to Italy on a stable basis. At the end, the head of state added that the recent meeting with Italian entrepreneurs went well.
