For almost 2 years , proceedings have been dragging on in the case of a drunken fight in a Kaliningrad club with the encouraging name “Zavod”, where Priluchny decided to find out who is cooler with Vladimir Semenov, who is unfamiliar to him – the owner of the institution.
The conversation in raised tones between brutal young people turned into sparring “once at a time” (Priluchny boxed in his youth, but Semyonov, apparently, did it harder and longer – besides, he was probably sober). And since there was no sports defense on the opponents, after several blows delivered, Pavel collapsed. His face was broken. On the moral and strong-willed, as the pilot Devyatayev, he drove from Kaliningrad to Moscow, where he was hospitalized in the Pirogov hospital. There, they diagnosed fractures of the facial bone and skull.
“I admit that, defending myself from Priluchny’s aggressive actions, I struck him the only blow in the face, from which he fell and, most likely, received most of the injury,” the defendant admitted at the trial, which recently started. – The conflict about which it is spoken, or sharp hostile relations – they are not present now and were not then. Moreover, there was no motive and no reason for this sharp hostile relationship to arise.
Now the trial will last, and Priluchny will wait for a convenient verdict. After all, he indicated as compensation a cosmic amount – 4.5 million rubles (usually more than 1 million rubles is not awarded for murder). Apparently, Pavel considered in the requirements a downtime in the filming process due to injuries and the damage that Semenov caused to his reputation and professional relations. While the actor was being treated, he could easily have been fined, or even, possibly, removed from any project.
– A civil lawsuit was filed by Priluchny’s lawyer against citizen Semenov, – explained the representative of the Leningrad District Court. – Compensation for moral damage and property damage is estimated at 4 million 438 thousand rubles. Also, a claim was filed against Semenov for property damage from A1 Studio LLC, which was estimated at 1.1 million rubles.
