Mishustin : ABOUT HOUSING
This year, 20 billion rubles will be allocated for the modernization of housing and communal services . And in just 4 years – up to 150 billion. This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on January 31 at a meeting with deputy prime ministers. The meeting was held as a video conference.
All funds will be provided for a period of up to 25 years at a preferential rate of 3% per annum, the prime minister added, noting that with the help of this money it will be possible to compensate for up to 80% of housing and communal services costs.
“Such a decision will make it possible to update the systems of heat and water supply , sanitation, and make them reliable and safe,” Mishustin explained in detail. – In addition, it will help solve the problem of reconstruction of treatment facilities that protect water bodies from harmful effluents. All this is an important component of the work to create comfortable living conditions for our citizens.
The head of government emphasized the need to quickly solve the problem. The Housing and Public Utilities Reform Assistance Fund was instructed to ensure the timely selection of regional projects for funding, and the government commission for regional development – to promptly consider applications and bring funds to the regions.
ABOUT AVIATION
The issue of support for the domestic aviation industry was also discussed at the meeting . The main state priority in this direction is the development of production facilities capable of producing the entire line of modern competitive aircraft.
“Only with their help will we be able to connect the territories of our large country, this is precisely the task the President sets for us,” Mishustin emphasized . – For these purposes, the Government allocated about 1.8 billion rubles within the framework of state programs. Of these, 1 billion rubles is intended for the creation of a wide-body long-range aircraft. This will help the development of the engineering center and speed up the preparation for the certification of a new aircraft and the organization of its after-sales service system. And more than 600 million rubles will go to finalize the regional liner Il-114, and about 180 million more – to develop the TV7-117 engine for it.
The Prime Minister drew attention to the importance of new aircraft, on which billions of public funds are spent, to be in demand.
– It is very important to ensure the efficient use of public investment, Mishustin said. – And of course, the best assessment of such work will be contracts signed with air carriers for the supply of Russian aircraft.
ABOUT RESEARCH FLEET
Another topic of the meeting is the renewal of the research fleet.
“The year before last, we spent about 28 billion rubles on the creation of two research vessels of an unlimited navigation area, their construction is planned to be completed within three years,” the prime minister reminded and moved on to today. – This year we will allocate 900 million rubles from the budget for the construction of a large-tonnage offshore vessel. With its help, scientists will be able to conduct a wide range of research in the oceans – from underwater to meteorological. Among other things, this will expand the resource base of Russian fisheries.
In total, more than 23 billion rubles are provided for the implementation of the project in the next four years – the corresponding order has already been signed.
