There are fears in Washington about a rapprochement between Russia and China. This was announced to the YouTube channel “Soloviev Live” by Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov.
The day before, talks were held in Beijing between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping. They adopted and signed a joint statement on international relations.
Antonov said that there was a surge in the US media after the meeting between Putin and Xi Jinping with a negative message.
“Of course, the message is the most negative, fears of further rapprochement between Russia and China are clearly visible ,” Anatoly Antonov said.
Earlier, Telegraph announced the beginning of a “new era” after the meeting of the heads of Russia and China.
